The straight built — bare blade — textile spindle is listed in HZ-2C and HZ-3C configurations for ring doubling and twisting duties:

- Wharve diameter: 25.4 mm and above
- Ring diameter: 2.5 / 3 inch
- Materials: EN-31 / AISI-52100 blade
Each unit is a low-vibration, dynamically balanced construction with a reduced-noise design for long operating life, supplied as a complete set with flange, nut and spindle lock, and every unit passes multi-stage quality checks. Each configuration matches its original HZ-2C or HZ-3C geometry.
Who orders bare blades
Bare-blade spindles suit mills and rebuilders who assemble or recondition their own spindle-bolster sets. The buyer controls the pairing: a new blade on a serviceable bolster, or a full set built up in the mill's own workshop to its own schedule.
For export and bulk enquiries, the first question is whether blades alone are needed or complete spindle-bolster sets. Either way, the geometry must match — an HZ-2C blade is not interchangeable with an HZ-3C position, and the confirmation happens before a quotation is given, not after delivery.
