Start with the machine and drafting position
A top roller works with the bottom roller and, where fitted, the apron system to control the fibre strand during drafting. A ring-frame roller and a roving-frame roller should be selected as separate references. Start with the machine make, exact model, drafting arm reference and front, middle or back position. A familiar series name alone does not identify every execution.
Use the correct range
