Textile industry in Rajasthan
Rajasthan's textile map centres on Bhilwara — a dense spinning, weaving and processing cluster known for suiting fabric, with mills running the full chain from fibre to finished cloth. Pali is a major textile processing town dyeing and printing fabric, Balotra adds processing capacity, and Jaipur and Sanganer are known for hand block-printed cotton garments and home textiles. The state's textile markets in Jaipur and Jodhpur move fabric to buyers across the north and west.
Spinning mills in Bhilwara, Pali and the Jaipur belt produce cotton, polyester-cotton and viscose yarns for the state's weavers and for buyers across north and west India. Processing houses in Pali and Balotra finish fabric for domestic brands and exporters, and Jaipur's garment exporters ship block-print apparel and home textiles to buyers in Europe and America. Wool from the state's sheep-rearing districts also feeds carpet yarn units in Bikaner and Jaipur.
The state's mills run ring frames, rotor machines and shuttleless looms from Rieter, LMW, Zinser, Marzoli and Murata lines, making suiting, shirting, twills and printed fabric. The Delhi-Jaipur-Ahmedabad road and rail corridor moves yarn and fabric efficiently, and the state's dry climate suits cotton storage and processing. The state's mills also supply yarn to handloom weavers, and Jaipur's exporters ship finished garments through Delhi's air cargo and Mumbai's ports.

Roving Frame Flyer FAQ

A flyer twists the drafted fibre strand and guides roving onto the bobbin in a speed frame or simplex. It is separate from a ring-spinning spindle.
Which flyer size references are listed?
16 × 6 in and 16 × 7 in configurations are listed. These are nominal size references; use the selected assembly drawing for mounting dimensions.
What is the difference between versions with and without a bottom spindle?
The with-bottom-spindle configuration is listed for manual doffing. The without-bottom-spindle version may be selected for manual or automatic doffing according to the frame arrangement.
Are pressure fingers and other accessories available separately?
Send the required presser finger, screw pin, bush, false twister or bearing-housing reference separately with your enquiry.
Can I enquire from Rajasthan for domestic or export supply?
Send your city or country, quantity and required variant. Vindex will confirm availability, packing, freight options and lead time in the quotation.
Which machine details should I provide?
Provide the exact speed-frame make and model, existing flyer code, bobbin envelope, mounting drawing or photograph, and doffing arrangement. Include these details for LMW, Rieter, Zinser or Toyoda enquiries.
